Our New Truck
We traded in the minivan for a brand new Toyota Tacoma Quad cab 6 foot bed wit a tow package and 3 months of satellite radio! The kids as well and mom and dodo LOVE it!
Van Halen Day
On May 8th it was 36 years since i saw Van Halen at the Toledo Sports Arena! Ambiana Made me this to commemorate it!

We celebrated Beltain at Fern and Ivan’s with a potluck and a maypole dance as well as crowning a may king and queen!

Boiling Sap
Didn’t get around to boiling Sap unitl the middle of May, kept it cool in the creek, i think it tastes fine but no one else likes it 🙁
Construction Update
A finished window before the stain.
And after the stain.
I made 15 windows total, glazed them and am waiting for the glaze to dry so i can paint the glaze and then install the windows
Finally got around to bracing the porch roof, Gaelen was a big help!
Also spent May wiring the long house
Made a new front door for the cabin with a small door for Thomas the Cat. All it needs now is a coat or 3 of Blackboard Paint!

Ambiana’s Dance Recital
Ambiana’s dance recital was the last weekend in May. They did Peter Pan and Ambiana was a mermaid, a native American Indian and a Pirate!
