Summer Odd’s and Ends

Frantically blogging to catch up; here are some images from the summer that got overlooked in earlier posts; Gaelen’s birthday party at our house.

In August we had two wwoofers from Rochester NY join us for a week of help in our gardens. Micah and David, David is living in Webster where I spent 1972-1978 and where our great friends the Scahills still live.

Gaelen won 2 tickets to a Red Sox/Ranger game and we went and saw them win 12-7 including a Carl Crawford Grand Slam!

Beach 2011

We went to the Beach in Massachusetts in Early August, it was raining when we arrived the night before but the next day was decent!

Irene Aftermath

Tropical Storm Irene devastated much of the state but we got away with some damage to our access and the road turned into a riverbed, here are some views of the damage to our access before and after and some images of the road which was repaired 2 days later.
