Land Owners: US!

WE BUY the LAND & CAMP

Tim came out on Monday and spent a couple of hours with us, getting his stuff, talking story, looking at what we had done to the camp. On Thursday we drove to Bradford for the closing. The day before we received the papers and there was a requirement for us to have homeowners insurance while we were paying Tim the 15K we owe him over the next 5 years but we got Dan, our friend and lawyer, to do his job and get that taken out and he did and we wrote a big check and now it is all ours.

One of the perks of owning our own place is that now tag sales and thrifts stores are fun again because we got a place to put the stuff we acquire without having to move it with us. And Books, they are out of the boxes and on shelves and I can buy more because there is space. I love it.

We have 5 chickens being boarded by our friends until they are old enough to be with us (6/12). Chicken Coop is on the 2do List.

The road is a favorite place for Ambiana and Jakobi, Ya is always finding a salamander to pick up and name and have adventures with.

Sally Mander.

We have two apple trees and their blossoms are beautiful. We are pruning our frontage forest clearing dead fall and ground clutter to open the space up.

I urned 46th on Tuesday and we celebrated with ice-cream and chocolate mousse pie. YUM!
