We held our annual Spring Equinox Egghunt on Sunday March 22nd. Due to Covid-19 we cancelled the large gathering and only had two families join us so it was a much different affair than in years past. Less eggs to hide and not so much chaos. The hills were like hockey rinks so climbing and hunting for eggs was a challenge. We divided the hillside into ADULTS and KIDS sections and both sections were hunted out within an hour though 8 eggs remain to be found on the KIDS side.
Ollie and Erika stayed for the afternoon and watched a Stranger Things marathon with Ambiana and Jakobi while Colleen and I boiled sap.
I am still making my run to Boston on Thursdays, order are up 100% and we had to place a cap on new orders as we are at capacity with over 1000 orders. We are taking precautions, altering routes to limit contact but delivering food to 1000 grateful families.
Construction Update
I have been working on finishing the basement. I put in 1/2″ CDX on the walls and floors and built some shelves.
