Finally Dance Flurry is back! Jakobi was 10 the last time we were here in Saratoga Springs NY. The pandemic robbed us of 3 years of dancing!
Instead of the motel we usually stay at we found a house within walking distance of the Saratoga City Center.
With Ambiana off around the world Jakobi brought her friend Elise with us.
There were lots of happy people dancing all weekend. Colleen volunteered as usual but I bought a ticket this year choosing to support The Flurry with $$$ rather than my labor.
Besides Contradancing we tried out Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cajun and Zydeco dancing! It was nice to see all the familiar faces from our Contradancing World!
Other than the dancing The Storycrafters were the best part of the weekend. They led Round Singing and three storytelling sessions.
Wiki & Beany joined us via the miracle of FaceTime. It was a fun weekend with great music and super fun dancing.
