Monday was another warm Spring Day and I hiked out to the Ordovician seafloor expousre passing this beautiful view of Little Hoboe which I climbed the previous day.

Cleaning out the basement I listed some woodworking tools for sale on FB and my cousin Kristie (Mom’s sister Pat’s 2nd daughter) and her son Jac stopped by early Saturday morning to claim them and keep them in the family! Nice to see her if only so briefly!
Then I went to Jakobi’s track meet in Burlington and watched her clear 4′ 3″ in high jump with excellent form! Jakobi competed also in 100 hurdles and the pole vault. Ambiana joined me at the meet to cheer on Jakobi!
Adamant Half Marathon and Relay
Sunday morning I ran the 5 mile leg while Mack ran the 8 mile one and we defended our title and have now won the Male Relay four years straight! Got a nice blue tea mug!
All Species Day 2026
The race was a week earlier than usual and conflicted with All Species Day so we did not get to join the circle in the park but joined the parade to the State House.
We ran into our NYC friends Dianna and Balty and their two adorable kids!
Family Day
Ambiana biked home and Gaelen and heather drove up from Killington and we had a family dinner and then watched some family movies. Super fun to have the whole fam together though i neglected to take a group photo š
