This weekend Jakobi was in the U-32 Middle School Stage 16 Production of ELF Jr: The Musical. She was part of the ensemble and played NY1 reporter Charlotte Dennon.
It was her first time appearing in a school play at U-32 as last year there were no middle school productions. The turnout was great. Friday night sold out and 70 people had to be turned away. Altogether there were 70 kids comprising the cast and crew.
We went to both performances and Jakobi nailed her parts. The show was funny and the stage full of happy theater kids. After the 10am performance on Saturday we took her out to lunch at the Red Hen Bakery where Ambiana works!
