The girls and I went to a couple of Mountaineer baseball games in June. Ambiana for the cremees and Jakobi to be simultaneously thrilled and terrified by Skip the Mascot

Construction Update
Lots of work on the long house in June. Neighbor and artist Bruce came with his chain hoists and we hauled the 2oft log beam up on the deck.
Then I was able to raise the rest of the posts and the beams.
Bruce then came back with his chain hoists again and we raised the 20 foot log up on its posts.
Then I was able to work on the 2nd floor.
Jakobi’s Pier
I also found time to complete Jakobi’s pier with the tiles I made this past winter in clay class.
