It was a gray rainy cool weekend ore like the last oe in September than the last one in August. Ambiana had a sleep over with 3 friends in the long house, Colleen and I puttered around the house and tidied up some loose ends. On Sunday night we drove out to Lyndonville, to Northern Vermont University for a drive in outdoor concert by the Chad Hollister Band. I was skeptical but it was super fun, lots of space to dance. Chad has an awesome band with a guitarist that is out of this world. Marl Powell who came with us and I were out of our bodies rocking out on the asphalt parking lot.
Finally tiled the rest of the shower stall on Saturday, grouted it and put cedar boards to the ceilin on Sunday/. Colleen also spent 4 hours touching up the grout
Got around to putting the boards around the stove pipe where it enters the roof on the 2nd floor.
Farmers To You moved into a new hub 2 weeks ago in Middlesex. It is 3.5 times as big as the last hub, has awesome office space and a mezzanine like kitchen and dining area atop the offices that looks out over the whole warehouse. The new hub is 2 minutes closer to home and only adds 10 minutes to the drive back up from Boston and is just up the road from the Red Hen Bakery!
On August 17th Ben turned 47. Here he is with his daughters Eva Luna and Aveah in Mau’i/. They are getting ready to move to Austria for the girl’s school years.
