Gaelen’s Birthday Campout
Colleen organized a camp out party for Gaelen’s 11th Birthday (7/25) at Laural lake in Massachusetts. Grandma joined us as did Molly and Eden and all but Molly spent the night after a fun day of swimming and smores!
Daddy-Moch made the cake with Liberty Chocolate. I have new job working for Katrina Coravos who makes Liberty Chocolate. I work 2 days a week, making, pouring and wrapping the chocolate at Fiddleheads right in Worcester. The Chocolate is awesome as is the job. I love it!

Construction Update
All that work I did on the beams while the girls were away had to be undone as i did not like the beams the 2 x 12 x 20’s made and i figured out a way to use the 6 x 6’s even though they did not line up (nailed a 2 x 4 to the top of the bottom 6 x 6 and then notched the joist to fit on it). So I replaced them with the 6 x 6 making a 6 x 12 x 20′ beam and then went to work on the joists.
It took me 3 hours by hand to fit 3 joists so i went out and bought a generator and a circular saw and am now able to fit 16 joists in 3 hours!
