I turned 59 on Friday May 24th…
but the celebration started on Thursday when Hazel, my favorite FTY Kid showed up at the Arlington site for the first time in a long while!!!!
It continued on Friday at the Zenbarn when our favorite contra musicians played a gig as the Faux Paws and we met up with friends and danced our butts off!
Meanwhile Ambiana and her friend Elle were on a road-trip to Princeton to see their H.S. classmate Jack in a production of “Pippen” and they stopped at Cape Cod and spent a couple of nights with my Breckenridge CO kindred-spirit-former-dirt-bag-ski-bum friend Kim and her husband Bruce!
Summer arrived in time for my party on Saturday!
And Gaelen sent us this photo from Oregon where he has been extending his Winter at Mt Hood. He also told us that he and Heather plan on spending the Summer with us in the Tree House. (Best Gift Ever!)
On Sunday I went solo to Higher Ground in Burlington and rocked the f#$k out to BUCKETHEAD! He was awesomely amazing, his guitar playing launching me off into the astral realms of dance. I was lucky to find myself next to the only two other people in the place who were not standing still!
