On Sunday January 31st family and friends gathered on ZOOM to honor and celebrate the life of my mother Kathleen who died on December 24th 2020. It was nice to see so many faces of friends and family that my mother’s life touched. Words were spoken, candles lit, songs sung and a slideshow watched that spanned my mother’s life from infant to old age. It would have been nice to be in person so we could have caught up properly with everyone and I still have hopes that we can gather on a beach somewhere this summer and do just that.
Jakobi & Thomas’s 1/2 Birthdays
Jakobi turned 11 and a half on January 28th and Thomas turned 15 and a half on Januray 30th. Jakobi was excited about both and wrapped 4 presents for Thomas.

Burlington Sea Cave
On Sunday after Grandma’s zoomeral we drove to Burlington and visited an ice cave Colleen had read about. It was cool and really cold, below zero all weekend with beautiful frigid moonlit nights.
After the cave we went shopping for outdoor gear for Ambiana as she has joined the Nordic Ski team at her high school U-32. We also went out for Mexican food and spent lots of $$$ at Trader Joe’s. It was nice to take a little trip and see something new while getting our groceries.
