With finally cold temperatures and snow I have been able to ski the three pond loop.
I took Ambiana on it this weekend after our big Thursday snowstorm.
Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein
While in Boston on Thursday I went downtown to a production of Mary Sglley’s Frankenstein at the Paramount Theater on Washington St.
It was unlike anything I had ever seen. It was not a play or musical. It was a movie but a movie made live on stage with shadows, puppets and video. The “film” was shown on a screen while below it on the stage a bunch of people manipulated lights, images and props to create the visuals. It was a silent movie so there was a 4 piece band also in the stage. It was quit amazing to watch them conjur up the movie with all the things they were doing.
I walked to the theater through theBoston Common and it was quite pretty with all the snow.
