The calendar says April but the it is still definately winter in our corner of VT. We have got 6″ of snow in the last two days plus br-r-r-r-r-r temps. It is beautiful with the long days but we are getting tired of slipping down the big hill from the long house.
Next years warmth!

Colleen is on the sugaring this year as I feel it is too much work what with a house to finish so i drilled the holes in the trees and she is doing everything else
Construction Update:
Got all the insulation for the house at 40% off as Roxul re-branded to Rockwool and Home Depot was clearing out the old stock
It fills the winter house….
Am working on the 4th floor/3rd floor ceiling attic crawlspace so I can put the walls up on the 3rd floor and begin building the walls for the bedrooms!
