Meeting Colleen's Dad

We flew out to Texas on US Airways, Ya had her own seat by the window and even fastened her own seatbelt. We had a layover in Charlotte, NC and arrived in Houston at 10:19pm. Mark and Elyse were waiting for us and we recognized each other right away. They brought us to their home and we stayed up late talking and laughing and acquainting ourselves with each other and their 3 dogs.

Thursday was Elyse's last day of school, Ronda teaches art there and Mark drove us to the school so we could see it and met up with Ronda and Elyse. Ambiana of course had to try out the playground. Here she and Elyse are driving to Fiji.

The Stiebers took us out to lunch at the Lasagna House where we stuffed ourselves with yummy food. Vincent, their waiter these 20 years past, took this family portrait of us!
