Toledo

We had a very nice visit with Grampy Charlie and Auntie Patti in Toledo. We stayed till Saturday morning and drove south to Columbus to help set up for Colleen and Mike's Wedding!

I made my first attempt at making a Custard Square at my Dad's. Yummy custard squares I fell in love with n NZ. It turned out well for a 1st attempt but I need to work on the loft and the crust.

Colleen & Mike's Wedding

We spent the wekend in Columbus with Colleen and Mike, going to their wedding which was simple and sweet and hanging out at their house visiting, running, and amping in the backyard.

Visiting Stormy

On Tuesday we drove to Cinncinati to visit Stormy, Dave, Zane and Stone.

We went to visit Miami University where Colleen and Stormy met. Ambiana liked the statues in the town center!

Ya had fun playing with all of Zane's toys.

Visiting Sheri

We returned to Columbus on Thursday and spent the night with our friends Sheri and Michael Limbert and their 3 kids. Sydney and Ambiana became best buds and even spent the night sleeping sweetly next to each other on the couch in the bonus room.

Mayapple Stomp

We spent Friday night in Hocking Hills State Park and had a sweet morning hike to the waterfall at the end of Conkle's Hollow. SE Ohio is beautiful! Then we headed to lake Logan for the Mayapple Stomp contradance. It is out on by the contra folk who also put on the Columbus dance where Colleen and I met. It was a sweet dance, we got to see lots of familiar faces...

...like Phil and Melissa who we see at practically every dance we go to! On Sunday we packed up and continued on East towards Massachusetts.
