We drove through New York on our way to Massachusetts stopping in Webster to stay at the Scahill's who were out of town on a train trip but graciously hid a key for us so we could luxuriate in the big comfy bed of their spare room. We missed them so but will see them in June on our way back to Chicago. We arrived in Erving at Molly's on Monday afternoon in time for Gaelen's baseball practice. It was great to see them all! We spent 2 nights there and then headed to Boston on Wednesday in time to watch the Sox on TV as well as for a fun birthday weekend. On Thursday Gaelen and I went to Fenway and scalped 2 tickets for the Red Sox game. We were riped off we found when we got to the gate and the tickets we found had already been scanned. We were scammed and sad but a super duper nice man overheard our laments and GAVE us 2 tickets and we were ecstatic! Not only to be in but also because the Sox won 11-8 on 2 grand slams by Drew and Lowell. Unfortunately I forgot the camera so no pics and the ones I took on my cellphone I have been unable to download to the computer!

On Friday we went to the Children's Museum which was not as fun as we expected but we did get these cute pics of Ambiana and Gaelen :)

Saturday was Mochi's 43rd birthday and we headed downtown by subway for a fun filled day on the town!

Here we are on the streets of Boston!

We stopped first at the Make Way for the Ducklings and then actually rode the swanboats after setting out to do so many times before and not doing so for one reason or another such as there being no water in the pond, too long a line or the swanboats being done for the season or not yet the season but this time ride we did and in the front seat none the less since we had to pre-load Momma!

Nothin' could have been better than spending my birthday with my 2 lovie children!!!
