Our Cali Weekend

We had a fine weekend at Uncle Mike's in Camarillo. The weather was summer hot, in the 90's with bluebird skies:) I got to enjoy 3 Red Sox games on cable as well as a trip to this fancy garden in Thousand Oaks!

Ambiana found a friend in cousin Devin who she kept calling Gaelen but she would catch herself and say" I call him Gaelen :)"

Ambiana's new trick at the playground is to swing from a bar, she calls it the monkey bar.

We insured our car and registered it in Cali and this is our new plate. Colleen went out to deal with the tire while Ambiana and I made calzones for everybody! Colleen was gone a long time and when she came back she has our new tire, well not brand new as that would have cost $130 and it would've been one new tire with 3 used, so Colleen went to Pepe's Used Tires in Oxnard and got a decent used tire for $25! Now we are all set, all we have to do is pack up in the morning and then we head East to Phoenix.
