RED SOX TAKE 2 OF 3 FROM REDS

The Red Sox won 9-0 today aginst the Reds. Jacoby Ellsbury broke a 100 year old Rookie Red Sox record for stolen bases (32) when he stole 2nd in the 1st and immediately added to it by stealing 3rd on the next pitch, scoring on a SAC FLY by Dustin Pedroia. Jacoby also homered as did Pedroia, Drew and Coco (his 2nd in as many games)

Yesterday the Sox won 6-4 in 10 innings when Youk and Coco homered after Pap blew his 3rd save. At least he got the win this time rather than a loss!

The Red Sox are 44-16 and lead the rays by 2.5 games in the AL East!
