Can’t believe how fast time is rolling… We had a super busy June, Gaelen came and spent 2 weeks with us, we had 2 wwoofers from Seattle helping out in the garden for a week, Colleen and the girls went camping on the Cape while I enjoyed a few days in Boston and a Red Sox Game.

Sadly we lost a friend, Dave Blumenthal who was riding a bike in the Tour Divide Race, was killed in a collision with a pick up on June 23rd. Colleen met Dave at playgroup when we first moved in and we got to know him and is wife Lexi and their daughter Linnea was a friend of Ambiana’s. It’s a terrible tragedy and loss for everyone.

We spent the 4th of July in town as we did not realize the permaCulture convergence would sell out and we took advantage of the time to sleep out on a piece of land we are considering to purchase.
