{"id":2626,"date":"2026-07-13T15:53:25","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T15:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/eagleledge\/?p=2626"},"modified":"2026-07-13T15:53:25","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T15:53:25","slug":"2nd-weekend-in-july","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/eagleledge\/?p=2626","title":{"rendered":"2nd Weekend in July"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">FRIDAY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/images\/2026\/JULY\/fire1.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On Friday Colleen and I wnet up to Fran&#8217;s for a big bonfire; burning all the shreds from their logging and firewood <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/images\/2026\/JULY\/fire2.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">SATURDAY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/images\/2026\/JULY\/dam.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On Saturday I drove out to the Bolton Falls Dam to collect rocks for the bathroom mirror surround; the last remaining work to be done on the Winter House!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/images\/2026\/JULY\/dam2.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Great place to find stones!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/images\/2026\/JULY\/dogood.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday was also Do Good Fest in Montpelier; really crowded, lame 90&#8217;s bands, it was fun for about an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">SUNDAY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.mochiandcolleen.com\/images\/2026\/JULY\/pond1.JPG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Colleen and I drove out to Nicholls Pond in Hardwick and met up with Ambiana and Tim for a picnic supper.
