I was not feeling well; sinus pressure in my head and aches and chills so i spent the afternoon recovering in the tent while Jakobi explored the area behind the campground.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/hawaii2026.local\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Volcano11.JPG\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next morning Colleen and Ambiana took off on their bike adventure and while Jakobi was sleeping in I hiked out to the crater for another look.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We drove up to Volcano National Park and camped in the campground right off Rt 11.
